英字新聞を読むには各単語の形式を知ることが大事！
英語を勉強し始めたばかりの段階だと、教材と違って英字新聞を読むのはかなり難しいと思います。それぞれの新聞が独自の書き方をもっていたりもするので。なので、僕が補足をつけながら、英字新聞を読むのお手伝いしようと思います。教材の文法には慣れたけど英字新聞はまだ苦手という、初級ー中級あたりの人用の解説です。
何回も言いますが、新聞を読むためには各々の単語が名詞（noun）なのか、形容詞（adjective）なのか、副詞（adverb）なのかがめちゃくちゃ大事になってきます！文法はほんっっっっっっとうに大事です！！！一緒に一つずつやっていきましょう！僕の勉強がわりにもなっているので、僕が知っていることは飛ばしていたりします。なので、何かわからないことがあれば気軽にコメントください。できるだけ答えます！よろしくお願いします 😉

foreground (noun)
Macmillan Dictionaryによると” the front part of a scene or picture. The part at the back is called the background “ というふうに記載されていますね。
例文：
She drew a few flowers in the foreground.
The children are in the foreground in front of our house.
In the foreground of the painting is a horse and cart.
Tobacco tycoon Travers Beynon has sparked outrage after sharing a photo of naked women in a bedroom on International Women’s Day.
The ‘Candyman’ posted the controversial snap to his Instagram account Thursday, which showed himself laying on a bed in the middle of two naked women.
Another woman, who wore nothing but a g-string and a pair of high heels, bent over in the foreground as she got to work vacuuming the carpet.
As Beynon relaxed back on the bed, the two women laid naked on their backs with their legs spread open to spell the letter ‘W’.
They used their hands to cover their breasts as their long black tresses dangled over the edge of the bed.
He captioned the photo with a simple hashtag, ‘#InternationalWomensDay.’
Candyman’s followers weren’t impressed with the move, slamming the photo for representing the objectification of women.
‘Shame on you, you are still objectifying women,’ one wrote.

‘You’re an A****** respect women and investigate why this day is commemorated, you can have a lot of money, but your brain is poor and useless,’ someone else added.
Candyman was recently accused of ‘branding’ women with tattoos of his company logo.
While it was initially considered to be a sexist show of ‘ownership’, he later revealed the women sporting the ink had won a competition to come to Australia and to one of his infamous Candy Shop Mansion Parties.
